We will design and quote online, and if you are interested, we will send a surveyor to check the design and electrics, so that when our team arrives, they have images and information prior to the installation. Our policy is to always use scaffolding as per health and safety regulations.
We never take full payment until the project is completed. All our installers are qualified roofers and electricians with NAPIT qualifications. We only use Tier 1 branded panels and batteries - never anything less.
Our customers are all protected by public liability insurance and an independent warranty to protect their investment. You can be assured that our customers always come first. We have a 24-hour customer care line in case of an emergency. All our customers are called three times a year to check on the system and see if anything is required.
Our systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 52 weeks a year, so we will know if there is an issue and we will contact you to resolve, whatever it may be.
